CHARDONNAY

SHIRAZ
The nose of rich spicy pepper and liquorice, generous in intensity. The medium bodied palate displays welcoming plum and cherry fruit held by voluptuous structure through to a soft textured finish.The ideal accompaniment to Asian dishes like cramy curry with chicken, potato and corn, Thai beef salad, sweet and sour pork, and Western meals of spicy lamb sausage and garlic mash.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A premium quality wine made from grapes grown in Australia's selected viticultural districts. MERLOT
